Caral, Moche, Chimú & Chachapoyas from the ancestors of the Incas to the period of Machu Picchu

Peru is rightly called the “Greece of South America” because of its early high cultures and imposing cultural monuments.

We are innovating, experimenting with tourist sites that are not (yet) on all tourist maps.

This is especially true for the stages north of Trujillo – El Brujo, Sipán, Tucume, the “Second Machu Picchu” of Kuelap, Karajilla, etc.

The total distance traveled by land is just over 2000 km, on the coast on good asphalt roads, inland partly on gravel roads. In exceptional cases, all-wheel drive vehicles have to be used there, while we cover most of the circuit in a coaster, a slightly larger minibus.

This is one of the reasons why the group size is intentionally kept low.

The hotel offer is now always correct and other general tourist infrastructure has also improved considerably in recent times.

Nonetheless, the following applies: our tour is certainly not yet an expedition, but an intensive and sometimes rustic study tour for explorers.
